I'm Eugene Brannan

Photography became my passion at a young age. From photojournalism when black and white photos ruled supreme, I have been an observer of the small & often missed or overlooked scenes. Through years with changing techniques, approaches and equipment, the thrill of capturing a unique perspective in the image has driven me to be willing to think "outside the box" and perform outside of my comfort zone. This approach has yielded images that you see in my galleries on this website. I use these photographs to teach when I include interesting facts about the scene, subject or location in my social media postings.
